Just received my CSR elite. Now I have a Playseat evolution. Wheel I can see how I will attach it but how am I meant to attach the pedals. They are too big for the evolution base.

Thanks

The wheel should bolt up to the wheel base without modification, using the supplied angle bracket. Now i dont know if the elite pedal set up is different front the CSP's but if you bend the bracket out a little at the base it will clamp down on the front part of the pedal assembly and as the back part of the pedal base, you could make 2 bracket extensions to bolt the rear down. As for me i just zip tied the back part with heavy duty zip ties. It has never moved around on me since christmas, i play almost daily and i am pretty rough on them. when i get the time, ill make a better hard mount for them... watch out though, the playseat evo is the weak link now, its flexing too much for my taste since i upgraded from a g27. The FFB on the elite is brutal.

Thanks.

The CSR elite pedals don't have any extra bracket to mount it to the evolution. I can easily make a bracket up to bolt the back part of the pedals down. the front though I will have to zip tie/velcro down. I'll post up what I end up doing.

Are the other playseats really any stronger than the evolution? Thought they were generally the same.

Like Shelby, I pretty much nudged my pedals into the bottom mount, if you can even call it that, then used velcro to fasten the pedals to the pedal plate (mainly for easy removal). I don't see a need to hard mount them onto the plate as the velcro works well.

guys, i have that playseat and i just bought the CSR wheel with the Elite Pedals, how can i mount the pedals to the Playseat Evo?

Shelby, what kind of shifter is that you have? I plan on getting the Fanatec CSR Wheel Package with the H Shifter and all and would love to mount the shifter where you have and not on the rails. I can't seem to find any adapter for the playseat evo though to mount the CSR H-Pattern Shifter.

Also you mention something about the wheel attaching perfectly fine without having to drill any holes into your playseat evo using an included bracket? Is that something that comes with the Fanatec CSR Wheel package, or something I have to order seperately elsewhere? I heard of people telling me I need to download a drilling template in order to mount the wheel to my playseat evo. Could you please clarify on this.

Anyone here have pictures with their CSR Elite Pedals mounted to the playseat evolution? I would like to see how you guys manage to do it.

Here's an option for mounting the shifter. I use it and it works well.

X-CPO I'm in no way affiliated with them just a happy customer.

Porsche and csr is my guess.
They are the same shifter besides one being metal and one plastic.
The club sport isn't out yet. But Thomas stated awhile back it would use the same amounting pattern as the g27 shifter.
