Digging up a nearly nine year old response to a customer service complaint tweet and hurling a homosexual slur at it is very normal behavior. I'm sure the other...wait, 966 replies?...are also not at all psychotic.
 
So they got rid of the cracker and the barrel?

I mean, the new logo is pretty awful, but it's not woke. It's just a soulless corporate design that they paid some consulting firm millions of dollars to convince them this was the ticket to boosting market share.
 
Old logo is too complicated, simplification is a better route. Granted, the new logo kinda sucks too.

40 years ago you would have had to drive down to the local Cracker Barrel to complain about it or write a letter. Now there's this newfangled thing called the intranet where you can be an asshole remotely. Damn things always changing!!!!!!!
