Custom decals won't show up in the livery editor

The website is allowing me to upload the decals as it should, however when I go into the game it has empty boxes where the decals should be. So they are all there, the decals are just blank. Can anyone help resolve this issue? I can't find an contact email or anything to contact Polyphony.
 
Sounds like they are not valid SVG files. Upload them here and we can have a look for you.
