You're not on your own. I'd love to be able to turn everything above the rev bar off or turn everything off but keep penalty notices and fuel warnings turned on.

This doesn't even make sense.. you don't have to make it all that hard. Be able to toggle things on and off. I don't even need to change any icons or sizes. Just let me decide what i see. Transparancy would be a plus, but anything is better than this. Think of it as a screen livery pls PD -.-

Lol I would actually pay for fully customizable HUD DLC. For real. I'd hate myself for it, but there it is.

Even I have losted hope on this I just can't understand why they don't make it to the game. It shouldn't be that hard I even would be pleased if we could just turn things off/on which we want. Who really needs a map or driverlist all the time or timer even. They could pop up when there comes something new information. This all adjusting hud doesn't even give any advantages to nobody if we could make it look like we want but it would really bring GTSport beauty to live.
I have made some races with no hud and it brings so much more immersion to this good looking game BUT you really can't race longer races because then you got no MFD.

If you race in Sport Mode, how do you manage fuel and tyres? Do you only use cars that have lap counters and split times on their gauges?

I've done it for races that don't require pitstops. I go without the HUD, in Arcade and Campaign short races.

I would like an option to see chassis/body sides in bumper cam. With the introduction of tyre models in GT it's not always obvious which way car is pointing if I momentarily look away from straight ahead to apex and then look back. Cockpit view too restrictive for me but I drive way more consistently when I can use it, such as with KTM X-BOW at Blue Moon. This is not a small issue for me!

Well, I just simply drive. I‘m driving the Gr3/Gr4 458 since the very early days of GTS. I know these Cars very well, and kind of memorized how to drive around each track.
To manage fuel, i use the rev limiter on the Wheel, not reving too high if not necessary, and before the FIA Races I always practice to see how far i can push the Car for every individual setting being used for that specific event.
As for tires I drive by feel, so no need to check tires.
I honestly only ran out of fuel 1 or 2 times and that was a few meters before the finish line. So nothing to worry about.
Split times are only distracting so I‘m quite happy not having them on my Screen. I tried to drive with all these things turned on, but it was an Visual overkill. Always peeking around to check this n‘ that, no thanks it’s killing my Focus so no need for that.
As for the penalties I simply refuse to get any
, I stay out of trouble, and just drive clean. In 99% it works.

Does the lap timer need to be in the middle of the screen?? Does anybody even look at it??
