Custom interiors.

Having a choice between LHD & RHD would be the only thing I'd really like to see. I used cockpit view in Prologue and in the GT5 demo and sometimes I get thrown off a bit when I switch from a LHD car to a RHD.

I hope this isn't included. If a car only came in LHD, then there should be no option to have it RHD and vice versa. They have cars in the game that are region specific so if UK models, for example, are in the game they will be RHD. GT is about realism, having RHD models of LHD only cars isn't realistic.
 
Well, I for one think it's your driving that should shine, not necessarily the interior of your car. GT is here to race those cars, not to win beauty contests...

no gt is here to DRIVE those car's and see them in there full beauty....hence"the real driving simulator".for flat out racing i'd stick to gtr etc.

Would be nice to choose whether you wanted Crema/Black/Red/Tan leather in your Rosso Corsa Ferrari and so on.

Can't see it happening but you never know.
 
I wanna be able to pick the smell of my car's interior. I'll make every chevy smell like Limburger cheese.
 
This feature will surely expand the market of GT - some people can now put bloody hello kitty(ies) on the windshield or the seat, or gauge with the face of Mr.T.

oh yes, I want all white/pearl interior
 
Just look at Prologue. Look at Non Tuned cars and tuned ones, some have different steering wheels, gauges, seats, etc.. I am sure even KAZ mentioned long time ago that you can customize the interior of the car with steering wheel gauges etc etc.

Why on earth would you want them to spend valuable time to replicate the worst part about a used car in RL???
 
Do you peeps reckon we might be able to add fancy interior parts, to our cars ?.Difficult question to ansewer i know.Could have Nardi, Moto Lita, Momo wheels & the like.Plus could buy different dials/guages etc.

I have a buddy that dyed his civic's dash white and the glare was so crazy you could hardly see out of it. But it looked nice!

Was that Lambos dash in the New Nurb video white? It looked like it to me.

I can't remember, did the Tuned cars in Prologue have any huge differences in their interiors versus their stock counterparts?

Look at NoxNoctis post above :) the tuned cars do have visual differences in the cockpit.
 
I was just on wikipedia searching GT5 and I know that it has been confirmed that no interior will be in standards but it said this,

"The cars in GT5 will be separated into two types, "standard" and "premium". Standard cars will have standard headlights, very basic interior modelling and basic damage modelling."

This is probably not been updated but could it mean it will have some kind of cockpit view? very unlikely but I thought it was worth mensioning.

No, it's an old quote and they just didn't bother to edit it out.
We were old a week ago or less that there is no cockpit view, no need to bring it up anymore.
 
I want a bobble head Kaz on my dashboard and his head bobbles as I drive and if I drive violently his head shakes like crazy!!

My friend's granny also does the same. You know what happened? She crashes all the time, usually when reversing out the driveway. At the end of the day a rosary's just 40 or so beads on a string.
 
I would think the only way interior customization will occur, will be through the race modifications options, changing only the interior most likely will not be possible.

Not sure if the changes will be at the same level as NFS:Shift totally race prepping the car, such as removing all interior panels,flooring ,dashboard, etc;, or something more tame as in Forza 3, just removing seats & adding roll cage, but still retaining dashboard.:)
