Custom Music Not Playing When Online?

Pretty much anytime I go online, my custom music that I have selected to play will not play online.
It just defults to the original soundtrack. My music has only ever played once when I was online, is there any way that I can get it play every time when I'm online?

According to PD they "fixed" this in the recent patch to allow your music to be played in online lobbies as long as nobody had a microphone on. If you have set it up correctly you should have no problem listening to your music online. As PD said, make sure everyone is muted. Also the music when in the lobby but NOT racing is "menu" music and can't be changed.
 
I'm not sure about everyone's mic having to be off but today I had my mic off for one race and my music was playing. Nobody else was talking but I didn't mute anyone. Maybe maSonn09 is right. I wish that you could just listen to your music. If others don't like your music then use the mute audio. That's why it's there right? I do not see PD fixing this as a priority. Those nerds need to focus and serve the gt5 community. Seems to me all they do is minor adjustments with minor intentions.
