I didn't originally have the idea of using my stripes again. I was going to have to scan in something and redraw it. I can't be bothered but I've come up with something I'm equally happy with - Maybe next week I'll scan it in.

Grunge brushes, from the now dead nocturna.net. I'm sure you can find them somewhere, though. The main background is called "Heavy Scratch" and the symbols and stuff are just random fonts (except for the V) with the eraser used in the grunge brush shape. I'll go search for a new place the Heavy Scratch could be, and edit my post.
