So I'm sitting here watching my Bob run the Suzuka 1000km race and I'm at 3.5 hours and he's only half way done, I ran this same race earlier today and my Bob finished in under 5 hours ( 4 hours 49 minutes) but it looks like it will take him an extra 2 hours to finish because of the rain.

So I was wondering has abybody tried loading and quitting to get a race that doesnt have rain? I think its worth loading and unloading acouple times, especially if it will save that much time in Endurance races.

I did that on an A-spec event because my rain tires seemed to be slippery as hell... but if it's changing weather there's no guarantee the rain won't just start a couple of laps into the race.

I have did it a few times and it seemed to work. Still may be raining the next time around and might not. The race goes a lot quicker in dry weather though.

Yeah that is possible, but I swear in the last race it started dry and ended dry and even if you only get half the race in the dry its going to save you time.

yep every time its raining i reload till its not raining... it seems to only lightly rain when the race starts dry..

if the race start is raining then chances are its just a rainy day with maby a gap of dry weather here and there... but if it starts dry chances are its going to be a dry day with a little bit of rain here and there

my bob always take around the 5 hour mark whenever i reload till its dry... only started in the rain once and it did take a lot longer

Just finished the Suzuka 1000km in the rain fastest lap wast 2:49, running in the dry now and just got a 1:43 best lap. So a minute shorter over 172 laps ( thats how long it is ) adds up to 2 hours and 52 minutes shorter. WOW dont run in the run, its just plain stupid. Unless you goin sleepy.

Runnin the FGT one Bob (level 32)

Ive just started this event with the x1. Its raining hard so i will just let him get on with it.
