Hmm... I just heard someone say that I'd crashed, so I'm thinking 'no?' then I was disconnected :( Honestly though, I was winning quite a few races this afternoon. I seemed to lose all concentration tonight. Still, it was good fun
 
Again, racing was just crazy fun!

Much to my amazement the Focus is working like a charm! Dave must have just been making it look hard XD
 
The Atenza disappointed me.
I'm gonna end up buying all the cars allowed and try them to see which one fits me better.

Nice racing although things could have been brighter on my side! Got a hard time fiddling with the Mazda setup.

My 135i has a magic suspension tune! :p It handles perfectly! Traction trips out now and again on cambered roads but other than that I'm well happy with it.

But... it looks kinda crap and it's not JAPANESE! O:
moto, we need a Colour scheme ;D

You seemed to have found the Atenza's trademark straight line speed by the last race, so you're doing something right :)

Yeah it has a good top speed tho.
Tried the Skyline and it's quite good too. And it's rwd which I seem to have less difficulty to handle in corners. The Focus's seemed really fast too.

Would shift 2 be worth buying if I could get it for under £20? I saw some of you on it yesterday and wondered if I should get it.
 
I can get it for about £18 new on Amazon. I might just buy it very soon since you guys tandem on it :D

I look forward to some more racing tonight hopefully and maybe some drifting too :p

It's a great game.. some people get bored of if but so far I'm still into it and same as alot of other people haha we had a lobby full of like 8 people from GTP drifting.

Shift 2 drifting is so unrealistic I bought it played it once and traded it in what a waste of money
 
When you guys start up the next season of BTCC, will you be making a new thread or will it be the old one? I'm up for being more competitive this time round with tuning etc. since last time I was just winging it and hoping everything would work out (Which, duh, it didn't). Using my Volvo last night on Deep Forest, I was closing in on your times more and more as I started tuning more in-depth. Plus it's always nice having D-Max banter now and again.

We have to get as many people possible, I saw some videos from the more "official" BTCC league on youtube, and it looks even more awesome with a full grid!

Also they seem to use Sport soft, why are we using Race hard?

We actually started our BTCC season before them ;)
And racing hards last a lot longer, suitable for longer races...
 
Oh I didn't knew that you started it before.
Ok I see, but aren't Sport soft a bit funnier in terms of grip?
I'm not trying to make things change I'm just wondering.
