Piss off you prick. He is a disgrace to essex. Hate them towie or joey essex boys. -.-

Anyway. Street racing is getting raided big time here. Little do they know there's a new area to our stuff. Can go even faster and also some stuff at the bottom to drift around.

Technically isn't that an RX7/8 ? ;)

By bigger MX5 I meant a Roadster.
Something along the lines of a Z33 Z34 (size/proportions wise) with a rotary making around 300+horses (turbocharged).

Name the last small JDM sports car that had a turbo and more than 300bhp ;)
As much as I'd like one, I don't think it will happen any time soon...

Rumours be rumouring yo'. I wouldn't listen to it.

P.S. Don't be so butthurt McGlone

I've been tripping, the Furai isn't hybrid...
Anyway I'm pretty sure they haven't dropped the idea of releasing a rotary powered car. This is what makes Mazda what it is, because lets be honest, outside of the rotary powered cars Mazda production is boring (except the roadsters).

Vid is good ;)

Going back to your comment about street racing near you Mclone , i had to laugh the other night.

I nipped to get some money out the cash point and to get some fuel, im greeted by 4 chavs parked up , 2x 106's 1x fiesta and a corsa . Theyre revving away being roooooodboisssssss so i drive past , a 106 cuts me up then immedietly decides to race up the car park pull his handbrake then nearly crash into the recycling center , ive never laughed so hard :L There is nothing like seeing a chavs face drain as his 106 slides towards a small outbuilding at high speed :L

Nahh mate. Street racing near me is about about 1.9 Seat leon, more so bmw's near me and a few japan cars.
It's like you see a 106's and fiesta and you think of me and street racing. Essex alot different my friend other than the chavs you talk about ;)

I'm pretty glad I don't live near you girls. Ofcourse we have the chav muppets and there super corsa's but a lot of the young lads round here have actual decent cars lol. Civic Type R, Focus ST/RS, Clio Sport then moving on to the more powerful Skyline range etc. My personal favourite, a Glanza with 390bhp and a completely homebuilt gearbox. Thing is one of a kind!

Clocked a boy that looked younger than 12 in a B-Dub 530. Boys got swag yo'!

Edit: ok I was talking through my arse... Silly me, I'm just very very tired..

I'm not saying you don't see chav's in 106's. But the 106's and saxo's we see are either turbocharged or throttle bodies. One of the 106's is amazingly quick. Went to the lengths of better cam and lightly flywheel. Then you got evo's too and plenty of Starlet's as well. A few skylines race. ;)

Not a fan of street racing, get caught and your fudged, and it's just so dangerous for the public.

Atleast the street drifters in japan aren't going too fast, take precautions, and half know what they're doing.

Oh get out of it chris. So your saying Drifting and racing is accepted in japan where in the UK it isn't? Haa funny that.

As for precautions? Your looking way into how the teams work. Just people can drift round a track doesn't mean he knows how to handle the streets. Where ever you go it's just as dangerous to the public. Yes they do go fast in japan. Ever seen the video where Japanese boys was doing 80mph entries?

No, I'm saying street racing is too dangerous wherever it is.

If 80's the fastest a drifter 'll be going, it's still better than going 120mph down a single lane, with no way of stopping if a car pulls out of something on the car gives up.

The AE86 that crashes in that video. That's the 2nd worst crash that could have happened (1st being hitting the truck), and I'm sure the driver would have stepped out completely unharmed.

Chris, seriously? These kind of guys that go and actually race on the streets do it in secluded areas where they wont get caught etc. They aren't your every day 19 year old blasting down the main street and losing control of there 1litre nae valve!.

Can't honestly say that I've ever felt like IU'm putting anyone else at risk blasting at speeds of 150+ on some roads. It's all in the driver.. (Queue the fiesta jokes)

In Coventry last week, some guy in a vectra flew past me on the wrong side of the road at what must have been at least 70 (30 zone), round a road crossing that split the two lanes, then back to the left side just before squeezing between a parked car and an oncoming car, with what must have been a foot gap each side at most.

This was on a blind curve, and had it been say 3 seconds later, the Vectra would have gone head first into the other car, or injured me, my sister and her friend.

No-one can ever tell me that wasn't dangerous.

Yeah chris. Don't judge one guy and think he's like all street racers. We go to an area where there is no one. Any risk is by the driver himself. Yes you get the odd guy who thinks he's the fastest man in his 1.2 fiesta. But alot of the guys i know have over 200 - 400 bhp. They know there limits well. If they didn't they would of crashed now or even be dead.

Lol Mcglone your sig XD

As long as it is kept safe it's fine I guess, but putting anyone else on or near the road at risk in any situation is just plain ignorant.

I've read of a fair few people on GTP who have been restricted to a controller after being side-ended by a chav.

Awk you get that all round the world. A guy who thinks his silly wee 60bhp car has a billion horse power and over take on silly occassions. I've had my own few near misses though. Chasing an R33 down in the Scud and over took on a straight where someone was pulling out on to the road and nearly got wiped out!.

It's all in the name of fun if you know your limits like McGlone said. If you know how to handle a car fine. If you go around in a silly little 3cylinder corsa, chances are your not exactly the greatest at the above stated. It's working yourself up the power range. If you went and bought a ferrari tomorrow I bet you'd smash it...

Chris my sig been like that for a few months now :')

To be fair i don't no one of my mates that hasn't had a near miss. Although one rolled his car within 2 days of having his driving licence.
