Is this tournament gonna be a weekly thing? I may need to prepare my schedule to free up some time, just so I can make a couple rounds. I still really want to do this tournament though

I have a feeling that this D1GP is going to be the biggest drifting event on GT5.

It would be very strange if it WASN'T.

Besides, it's not boring, it's actually somewhat technical when you're talking about getting a perfect run. All the people I see that say it's boring usually don't even know the clips (excluding you I assume).
 
I love it.. Whether you dare to hold the power or not after you go for the outside CP on the left before the tight right hander can make or break your run. It's 1 of the harder lines to actually master perfectly! Hence why it is so good!

I know the line, and all the clipping points. Its just hard for me in a underpowered car( COUGH M3 E46). Wanna Help Me master it?

very tricky... Holding that outside line for long enough before the last corner requires a lot of e-brake.

No It won't be FUji, Fuji will be the final round. And sorry I can't do this every week. I also have a real life and lots of work to do for school so I plan to do it every 2nd weekend

Lukas how many rounds with this be? VDC looks to be setup and scheduled after the completion of D1GP.

🤬 yea I'm happy you said that (I didn't want to do this every weekend to :lol:) ok, we just had a break through. Hold off on the track guys we might have to wait a week, establish dates and tracks then post them all at one time. Stay tuned tomorrow.

Guys I'm sorry if I disappointed you but you have to get my point. Do you know how much work it is too keep everything running with 55 sign ups + making a video of every round? I spend 5 or 6 hours in the qualifying rooms and 3-4 in the main event. I hope I can finish the video until friday because I have geography exam this week.
Not even talking about playing GT5 on working days...

D1GP is supposed to have 7 rounds, just like the real one. So I need these 2 weeks in order to organize everything perfectly for you but still have enough time for school

btw. wouldn't it be boring if we do all the good tracks at first? I mean we do 7(!) rounds... Don't worry I have some really nice custom tracks for you

I think its more good like this cuz we have more time to learn his custom track cuz atm GAUZ know HIS track so .. tyt bro
