Daily Races Rotation

Does anyone know what time in the day the daily races change/rotate?

I believe it's 8:00 am in the UK for the start of new daily races. Qualifying starts 20-30 minutes before that.

It's 3 AM EST, 12 AM PST in summer, an hour earlier in winter.

Basically 7 AM UTC no summer time changes.

Correct. 15:00 (UTC +8:00) for me where I am regardless of what regions mess with their local time ;-)
