This morning, a brief moment of excitement seeing a 6 star ticket appear - followed immediately by disappointment of course at noting the "(f'n parts)" qualifier at the end.

Have you adjusted your console's clock/time zone, or logged into your account on different consoles set to different time zones?
 
I have not tried those things, but I have logged out then back in on my console. I only have access to one console. I haven't tried the timezone/clock idea. I'll give that a go and see what happens. It is reporting the correct date/time.

*Did what I could. Still no changes.
