Daily Trade Limit Question

I'm completely aware that there is a limit (1) car trade every day.. The thing is, I traded a car yesterday afternoon, and I wake up this morning not being able to trade. Sometimes this happens for a longer while, more than 24 hours before I can trade again.. and Nobody else on my ps3 makes any trades.
Please help.. Why can't I trade that next day?:indiff:
 
8 pm EST is when the new "trading day" begins. You could trade at 1959 and then again at 2001 (24 hr clock).

....and 9:59 am, then again at 10:01 am EST in Australia.
 
The op says it sometimes takes more than 24 hrs though so if that's true then something else is going on. I mean, whether it's 2 minutes after your trade or 23 hrs and 59 mins, if you wait a full 24 hrs then somewhere between that time there should be a trade reset.
 
The other day i tried sending a car to my brother. It had been about 30 hours since I last sent anything and it said that I couldn't send the car becaause I had reached my daily limit. However, my brother booted up his account and he had recieved the car.

Has anyone else had this happen?
 
Ok here's another question. I sent a car to a friend from my GTP account, then tried to send a car over to that account from my old account that I hadn't been on since the previous day (before the 8pm day change) and it told me I had reached my limit. Does the limit count for every account at once?

yeh 1 car per day from one ps3 unit. no matter how many psn accs you have. its just 1 car per day per console

It's a 1 trade per day per playstation limit unfortunately!

This would only work for the very first trade. As soon as you did the trade at 20:01 (2nd trade in 2 mins), you would not be able to trade at 19:59 again because you have to wait until 8PM EST for the reset, no? Unless you skip a trade day, I guess. ;)

While we're on the subject of daily limits, am I correct in assuming that during 1 "trading day", I can send all of the following:

1 Car/Ticket PLUS 5 EACH of all other items (Paints, Horns, Helmets, Suits, etc.)?

Or is it 1 Car/Ticket, PLUS a combination of 5 other items TOTAL?

Yeah 5 each when it comes to paints and horns. I think there's no limit on gear (yet)!

I'm still new to trading/gifting, so I wasn't sure how many total items in addition to a car that I could send each "trade day".

Will do. I've got a week of pending trades at the moment, due to this #$%^&* one-a-day car trading limit, but I will certainly look you up in the near future, if a specific car need arises. 👍
