Damn ICS dissapeared on me

I cant enable ICS on my cards because i simply dont have it. I checked the registry and it isnt there. i tried going to add\remove windows components and it isnt there. maybe somebody can do me the favor and exporting there ics registry string and sending it to me? i dunno, ive looked all over the internets and cant find jack ****.
