I was at best buy, looking at some games. I came across a game called, "Super Truck Racing." Ive seen these semi's on Speed and I thought they were pretty cool. The game interested me, and it was $10. So, I thought big deal. Then I got home through it into my PS2 and played it. A decent intro, So, I thought this game was gonna be good. Then, I went to quick race..... Everything changed...... The race was timed, you had to get to checkpoints just like a arcade. Now, thats insane. The trucks are suppused to be bulky. They do about 120 and turn as quick as a god damned F1 car in GT3. I was hoping they would be sluggish at turning. Then futher in, I went to check to see if it supported the Logitech steering wheel deal. Nothing. I want my $10's back! I coulda bought a CD for that cash.:irked:

How many of you'll had a similar problem like this?

I suggest not buying a game priced that low anymore. It's a dead giveaway of how crappy it'll be... unless it's one of the greatest hits or a gmae you'v played before.

TXR3 was $20 and that was pretty low. And it was a good game. A really good one.
Ive seen games at $50 and they where crap. Cause I knew.

I read something about it at Gamespot. Horrible racing game, unbelievable physics for trucks, going 0-60 in less than 3 seconds. Is that the same game that says something about running out from cops?

Well the other side of that token is paying $50 for a game you should wait for to drop to $30. In his case he lost less money than I have on more expensive games.

I have that game and would have to say that the vehicles do act bulky. I don't know where you got this from, but just compare driving one of those rigs to like a supra in GT3. There is a huge difference. Since the games share a similar game engine, the detail is really high and just needs to be explored.

If it's so easy, try and beat it. It gets extremely challenging.

So play it more? I would like a Challenge, even though a Gundam game is freak'n challenging...
