Just joined a little bit ago. Purchased a thumb drive the other day and realized from YOU guys that I can pull my shots off. Well i grabbed a couple so far and wanted to show the goods.

The ground fire makes this one hot.

Im partial to back fire shots and or flight shots.. but ill keepem coming.

from the advice below. I will be retaking some of these or atleast editing the color/brightness. Thank you for any advice!

PS These are the first 3 pics ever taken by me. I have the second post for all my pictures that are keepers. The entire post does show my progress though.

You seem to suffer from that beginner problem, a bit dark pictures. Don't worry, I did it too and so did many others. Just raise the EV to 0.5 or higher in the future.

Very good backfire on the Saleen and you really had some air with it too. 👍

BTW, you can edit your previous posts and correct any mistakes you have made.

And the marketing ;): visit my gallery (and please leave a comment) if you have time! :cheers:

- EDIT - if you have some picture editing program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro you can also increase brightness and contrast by at least 15 each. This makes the images look less grey and more natural.
 
Cool pics, the backfire pic of the Saleen looked like the video game Burnout or what ever...The game where you crash cars going like 65564 miles per hour...How did you get your S7 to get that high in the air?
 
good shots, and same thing about the brightness, but also make sure that you are saving the pics to superfine. When you veiw your pics on GT, go to options and , quality-superfine.

El Capitan counter clockwise really fast on the back end. dont break :)
 
I tried to make the pics again.. but using all of your ideas.. i didnt see much with with the quality change.. but i was able to adjust the shutter to make it sharper and adjust the lighting. well here go

The pictures are good, but why don't you use thumbnails? It would be nice to see thumbnails instead of link codes. 👍
 
The Escudo pictures are indeed amazing, but how about another change? ;) Horizontal rows are more pleasing to look at.

Dano that Escudo picture is AMMMAAZZIIINNGGGGG. Never really saw such a unique backfire pictures. Because I see so much backfire pictures in n00b galleries I hate them but I loovvee this one. Not a dumb extreem close up backfire newbie's usually take;)

Yes i will be working on the gallery now that i have some concepts to work around. THANKYOU Greycap and everyone else's advice. im just in the middle of doing all the 24 hour endurances. b-spec is about all i can handle lol. GO F1 car!

If you havent gotten this car.. b-spec the F1 on the 3rd 24h course. Its a blast. Had to pancake it though to get it to handle a little better.
 
I have had the car for about a month now but I haven't tried it yet... :banghead: Maybe I should if it drives as well as it looks. Nice shots, especially the fourth one. 👍
 
ok... so i think its time to just edit my first post with the entire collections now.. since i been adding about 3-4 pictures every couple of days.

I know rocket engines don't have afterburners but I couldn't resist writing that...
 
i like the f1 pics, and i see you like to hit warp speed, backfires are alays cool so long as you can get some good angles, and you did, good work! 👍

You tryed to beat that flip that happened at Le Mans, and well you failed anyway nice update.
 
It was a flip at high speed which happened to a 911 GT1, and then it got pushed away into some trees on the side mate.
