DAZ themselves (not pirated) are currently offering DAZ Studio 4 Pro, Bryce 7 Pro, and Hexagon 2.5 for free on their website. I've worked with some of these programs (mainly Bryce) in school and they are among the best professional programs out there. The normal cost of purchasing all of these programs would be north of $800. I just finished downloading all of them and they work flawlessly.👍 There is no catch, apart from having to register for the DAZ newsletter.

I don't know if this is a limited-time deal or not, but I'm assuming it is, so if you want this pro software I'd act quickly!

Mod Disclaimer: I do not work for DAZ and am not affiliated with them in any way, so I'm not "promoting" DAZ's software as such. I just felt it would be a good idea to make the GTP community aware of this opportunity. If this is still out of order I apologize.

Wow. That is actually a really good post. I'm downloading it right now.

Gave them my spam email address, downloading all of it even the x86 software saved the keys in a .txt file.

Firefox has 10 active downloads.

XD

Almost done downloading all it myself. Looks like it might be a bit of fun. If not, I've at least got a legitimate software suite out of it.

iO3z
All done.

Same, went out got some food, got annoyed by the rozzers for driving with my white foglights in the rain and got told it is illegal even though they were driving with them on, all other cars were driving with them on.

Got let off with a warning.

Worth giving it a try, I wonder if its difficult to use...

I'm surprised they would give away software like this, you don't see Adobe ever doing this! Maybe they have new versions coming out soon and want to promote the brand.

That could be it. Maybe Adobe should follow DAZ's lead and offer up CS5 when CS6 is coming out? :sly:

Bryce is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I don't have enough experience with the other two to tell you anything about their ease of use.

Yes Adobe, that's a good idea, take note!

I could do with a 3D mannequin program to complement stuff I make in 3D object programs but I bet its going to take a while to learn.

Never used it, bt it's free so what the heck. Will download later on my pc.

Thanks for the tip 👍

What I read about DAZ is the way they make most of their money is not through the software but through model packs and extensions. Adobe could do it, but they'd need their own extensions and plugins.

I don't know what i'm downloading but who cares its free.

Seriously though, The software does sound interesting and i've always wanted to try 3D modelling.

Thanks to the OP for the tip.
