Yes, you can. All you have to do is drive a black car and announce that you're a cop.
 
I'm making a HEP G37 cop car now incase the horn doesn't work.
 
^It would be easier to just join IMO.
 
Ok i Twin Turbo`d a Gallardo, I have a Boost Gauge as i also have a Turbo Spool as Blow Off Valve. its so damn sexy :D.

How does one twin turbo a Gallardo? I didn't know you could multiply turbos or even add turbos to cars that don't allow them.

Stole the Turbos off a Twin Turbo Car xD and put it on a Lambo, next is a Aventador.

Cool. I'm just a little on the fence of making a hybrid DLC car. Seems like that could get you in more trouble than a regular hybrid.

So im making a Viper SRT10 Twin Turbo 700HP, For the room tonight :3.
 
I've already got an R34 Skyline in the police car fleet, but I think I'll make an R32 and an R33 to go along with it...
 
My G37 seems to be alright, but I won't be using it, due to no horn :(
 
Have you tried it yet, and if so, did it work?

Ah crap. Sorry guys, change of plan. I'll be gone for about 1-2 hours now, so I won't be able to join. Anyway, I have served in just about every lobby set up this past week or so, so I guess it's about time I got a break, huh?

Shaking my head...why waste time hacking a car that can't exceed 700HP in our lobbies? A Twin Turbo is kind of point less when a Viper could easily reach 700HP without a Turbo...:odd:
 
Ok PS3 froze so I'm having to restart. Someone else make a lounge if you want, I'm going to make one if no one else does.

Don't know if I'll be able to get on. PS3 is sooooo slow.
