Because he was a street racer, more than likely. Hes allowed to run, until he gets caught

He had the right to do that, but the way he was playing it was like someone who doesn't know what a cop server is...

We rammed him and the rules say once you get to 5mph give up but he just kept going like a lunatic

Anyway neither have you been here long enough as to how I am.

I'll take that as a compliment. :D

But sometimes I am damn amazed that my cars can be faster* than everyone else's cars. And almost all of my cars have half-assed tunes! (Slap on every part possible, do a pretty bad suspension setup, raise top speed)

*When I'm not driving a drift car or car that can't stay in a straight line (My RUFs, although I don't mind that. I like sliding them around)

My brother threatened to go on my account and screw around in one of the club's lobbies. If someone is on my account now it's not me.

Can't you just put a passcode on your account so he can't log in?

If you create a parental passcode it enables for the entire PS3. Meaning it is activated for all the accounts. I can't lock my brother out of his own account so the only option would be to enter my password every time I want to log in. I'm not going for further explain to try and prevent us from going off topic.
 
Just set a password and enter it when you want to log on, its what I do, helps you remember it better.

Also, imo, club has kinda gone south a little with all the drama, I'd prefer to see none and just enjoy a clean lobby, is that too much to ask ?, lol

tl;dr keep the drama out, and enjoy the cars and driving them like car guys should.

There is no drama. The drama has been resolved. I was just making sure that no one was on my account.
