That's cool, although there are flaws with this.
One is that it will be hard to record tickets, and
how will the bounty be calculated?

This would be cool for cops too.

Each Infraction cost the amount of one (1) Bounty Point. Each Infraction only have to be broken ONE time.

Speeding - Drive in a police vehicles's visual range in excess of 100 MPH (240 KM/H).
Excessive Speeding - Drive in a police vehicle's visual range in excess of 180 MPH (288 KM/H).
Property Damage - Ram into property (barriers, signs etc.)
Ramming a Police Vehicle - Come into contact with a police vehicle.
Driving Off-Road - Drive your vehicle off-road.
Resisting Arrest - Street Racer does not acknowledge Police's warnings to pull over.
Hit and Run - Hit civilian vehicle(s) while in a police vehicle's visual range.
Reckless Driving - drive in a police vehicle's visual range in excess of 200 MPH (320 KM/H).

Police will account for any of the infractions the Street Racer has broken while in pursuit and record the amount of Bounty the person has earned. Infractions are only accounted for when the driver or racer does not acknowledge your warning and are in pursuit with said driver/racer.

Tried the mobile version (iPhone version). Seems pretty cool so far. We need more action pictures. Superstreet had an awesome picture of an M3 about to be chased by a pace car.

And what if a racer stole a cop car and impersonated one of the cops or just ran around at 200 mph and scared people off the road?

Racers and cops drive differently. The police are usually stationary at the side of the road, patrolling, avoid civilian casualties, drive safely, etc.

Ever since I started doing rooms with over 12 people, the rooms get disconnected.
 
I'm only saying this because this has been happening with him hosting the rooms.
