This caught me a bit by surprise. It also means that Techland will have three zombie games coming out next year...

A great trailer, as always.

Best trailer of E3 imho :)

It's not being developed by Techland by the way, but by Yager.

^If their last game is any indication, it will be awesome. Loved SpecOps. Still do 👍

Trailer. Yeah probably the most creative of all.

Is the trailer footage all in-game?
No, I doubt it. If you remember the original DI trailer, this has the same kind of feel to it. I mean, I don't know for sure, but I think it best to assume it won't be., especially as developers et al tend to make a big fuss if it's in-game.

It most definitely isn't in-game footage.

I'm going through the first DI at the moment and I'm enjoying it. Looking forward to playing this one.

What a shame if it's not, I mean have you seen Uncharted 4 or Assassin's Creed Unity yet? That's what next-gen (current) gaming is all about.

The Order:1886 is by far the most atmospheric I feel, but yes, I have seen those other games. Techland or Yager though are fairly small developers. I'm sure they'll do the best they can.

Delay the game for it?

Hmm. just like a sunnier version of Dying Light ;) Looks like Yager have kept a lot of the familiar and introduced some of the stuff also coming with DL. Co-op seems to be a big focus from that clip too, or am I just seeing that and they're NPCs.

As always, thanks @Ddrizle for posting the vid.

If we ever meet those devs who were scanned, on the street. I hope we don't act involuntarily after seeing their faces so many times by trying to hack their head off or something ;)

Hope this one plays well. Just a heads up if any of you decide to rent Dead Island riptide from PSN Now......don't, terrible way to experience or reexperience.

I think I'll only be interested in PS2 games on PSN Now, when they get here. I still have Riptide and a PS3 still, so I'm good.

Yeah the disc plays good but I have only rented riptide and if its any indication of NOW games........the streaming makes them horrendous.

...the streaming makes them horrendous.
Yep, I'd guessed it might. It's early days so far for that service and like I said, I personally would only be interested in PS2/1 games due to the lower complexities and amount of info being streamed. I know they should have it sorted before launch, but I suppose a lot can depend on web-traffic and your own connection.

DI and DI:R should be pretty cheap as a disc though for anyone wanting to try the games before DI2 lands. Anyone doing that should also bear in mind that Yager is a different dev to the first two games.

Now I'm thinking it looks like a cross between Dying Light and Sunset Overdrive ;) Good to see a lot of the familiar mechanics and action though.

Appreciate the post @Ddrizle - as always.

Despite the long old silence, seems this is still a going concern, though with yet another developer.

Watch this space, I suppose.
