The first one was absolutely excellent especially the way you were able to disarm enemies and use your dog for attacks. Some of the disarms were just absolutely brutal!!! Bending the enemies head back and ramming the gun down his throat then POW!!!!!! Especially since you could do them in slow motion if you wanted. I give the old one a 9 out of 10 even though it was only about a 6 or 7 hour game on easy. Still fun to this day to play. (The only boring part was the prison part)
Now here comes part 2 which will hopefully be as great and mabey longer!

I played this for about 2 hours yesterday. If you liked the old one you will like this one. Some of the disarms are brutal. This one seems like a hardcore mix between dead to rights 1 and Max Payne 2. The nicest thing about the Dead to rights set is the dog you get to sick onto people to kill them and retrieve their weapons. You can also just send him out to pick up weapons without hurting anyone. The story line is very lame but I could care less. Graphics are ok. Nothing spectacular either. If you like Devil May cry or other shooters like Max Payne then you will probably enjoy this as a good rental.
 
So far I'm not enjoying this one as much as I enjoyed the first game. There's no oomph to the weapons and I don't like how you can't constantly disarm people, would have been cool to handle 3 guys without using your own weapons.
