GT40 is well done. I like the zoom effects, but try not to always do that. The pics get redundant after awhile. None the less amazing update.
Sejtur, what do you mean by compressing my pics? And if it does create noise, then why dont you tell me not to do it?
Heya DP, decided I'd drop by here to see what's been new, as it's been a while. I really like the Crossfire shot; it's not over-edited, and all the nice textures don't detract from the car, while the glow is just right. The Mitsu's background blurring is off, though the top half looks convincing. The easiest way to tell is to make sure the blurred textures close to the edge of the shadow are basically parallel (but obviously not absolutely so) with the shadow itself. At least, that's my personal rule of thumb.
The third and fourth are nice (what's not to like about an RX-7 at Laguna?), but I like the fourth better because of the clarity and awesome lighting. The third has a very, very good drift angle, but the front end could be cleaned up more.
Lastly, I'm glad you didn't use the SilEighty shot, because your S15 is much better. The blur is off on this, and it just looks fussy/messy/unfinished.
It's nice to see a gallery with marked improvements each update, it'll be a blast later on to come and visit your first posts to see how far you've really come. I hope you don't do what seems so common and get rid of your first shots when the gallery becomes "more established"... I know I plan on always keeping all my shots, good or bad, for that exact reason; progress.
