Dealership improvement - More information before you purchase a car

Things I would like to see:

• Minimum and maximum PP
• Minimum and maximum Weight
• Minimum and maximum HP
• Amount of parts available to customise the look of the car
• Whether it can have dirt/snow tyres

Maybe even cost to fully tune

Here's an idea: on the screen above, below the "car info" button put a "add upgrades" button.
By clicking on that button you'd be able to choose which parts & tires you'd like to install before buying the car, how they'd would change PP/HP/weight/etc, and how much the total cost of car + upgrades would be. You could buy the car + whatever parts you want at the same time, and on the checkout screen there would be also an option to automatically perform the first oil change.
That would be a very useful feature and would save some time.

If so I agree, cost and PP is too basic, here min/max PP would be something I would like

There should be more specs on a car, engine type, number of turbo systems/electric motors/superchargers, tire size, top speed, acceleration, handling, stability, braking, launch control stats, just like in Forza.

The lack of information available on the cars makes me wonder why; I mean it's got to be a deliberate thing, but why?
