Searched it, couldnt find a thread. I'm a little surprised at that, but they were never big so I guess thats understandable.
They're a Two-Piece band, a drummer and a bassists, and as limiting as that sounds, they will rock your socks off. If you haven't heard, a quick YouTube search should fix that.
With them dying in 2006, I was pretty sad as they had stopped touring a while before that, and I only found them out about a year before they disbanded. Since 2011 they have started back up together, which I was stoked for, and news of their New CD, Physical World, has hit and set to release in September. They are also finally doing touring on the West Coast, at somewhere I can actually get too, So I'm excited for that as well.
I hope to Pre-Order this bundle, with the Vinyl. As for my expectations.. They are set high, but hopefully they are met. Although, their new song, Trainwreck 1979, Isn't what I'm wanting really. It just doesn't sound like the fast, and loud DFA1979 that I remember so well. I still have hope though, and dont mind supporting a band that I've loved for years.
Side note, Loved them so much, even went through the trouble to learn all of their songs on bass haha.
