After reading one of the various lists, I'm hoping the game isn't littered with "tuner" cars. I say, remove the tuner cars in GT4. I feel they are just cheater cars for normal car races. I know this is an unpopular view, but there's always a unique car in the GT series that gets the boot in favor of another version of the 350Z, the S2000, or the 15 versions of the GT-R.
Sure, I have no problem with them in real-life, but in a video game where you personally get to tune the cars yourself, having a tuner car (which usually can't even get more power nor control than the fully-modded "normal" version of the same car), is rather pointless.
They played almost no part in GT1, cropped up in GT2, and continued their stay into GT3....it appears there will be even more in GT4, if these lists and screenshot views are to be believed.
Your thoughts on the inclusion or exclusion of "tuner cars"?
