Delete PM's from iPod app

My inbox is getting kinda full, how cab I delete the messages? I'm always on this site from my iPod as my laptop is temperamental.

When you are in the Messages screen, swipe to the side of the message you want to delete and a delete button will pop up.

Also, note the right-swipe gesture is actually quite prevalent (and surprisingly handy) in iOS - you can do the same to delete emails or SMS conversations as well.

Will there ever be a "delete all" option? Because it gets annoying having to swipe 50 times when my inbox in 98% full

There may be, but the mobile app isn't really the best way manage your account. For now, just use the "Empty Folder" link on the full Private Messaging page.
