Deleting a song from custom playlist??

Ok, so I made a custom playlist for GT5 from my ps3 slim hard drive. At first I was just adding songs individually, but noticed that would take too long. After some research on here, I noticed about making the playlist. But now, I want to take off a few songs.

I tried deleting them from the playlist, but they seem to keep coming up when I go into a race. I am on the latest version game (v1.03).

Any solutions?

Are the custom songs suppose to appear in the music list? Mine don't.
 
Did you try going back to the BGM Settings (Race) button clicking Use Race BGM then clicking OK to reset to the GT5 playlist, then reopening the same same tab and selecting your custom playlist with the ps3 system music folder button?? Maybe it needs to be 'reset' so to speak.
