Thanks for the links. Any information on the next-gen consoles is welcome. I've read them and have my own opinions on the matter. Time will tell.

How about you all relax and wait to see what happends?💡 This flaming is pathetic.👎

Drifster, I feel for you mate. I've learned the hard way how many idiots troll these forums. I've learn not to give a rat's arse, I just read most times nowadays and when I do reply I keep away from getting into debates with idiots. I just say: "I respect your opinion and we'll just agree to dissagree". Try it.;)

You got to remember this when the PS2 first came out, it was very hard to code for. Then over time Sony brought out some software tools, and tools to make coding more easy for the PS2.

And I can see Sony making the PS3 more easy to code for over time mates.

Renderware was a saving grace for PS2 so good in fact EA just had to buy it. PS2 wasnt all that hard to code for, no one could get any major performance out of it. Using the vecter units is what made things difficult. not using them was easy but graphiclly you were using 40% of the system power.

so now its just Microsoft gonna end up with a ton of pore crappy companies wile PS3 will get GTA and Gt thats really all we need right? :dopey: 👍 :sly:

I think guys, that Microsoft is pulling a dreamcast!!! Their games are visually stimulating on HDTv, yet they dont bring any next-gen elements in terms of innovation in gameplay and other important factors. I am personally glad Sony is taking some more time for the ps3, they WILL deliver, i mean, its Sony!! ;)
So M$ might be trying to get a 360 in as many homes as it can, but I think Sony will still prevail. If not Nintendo! After reading a conference from Nintendo, they seem to want to take an entirely different direction. Very Interesting.
Too bad for M$
