Since last week, my DFGT's accelerator pedal started to act up.
Both in iRacing and GT6, it doesn't provide steady input anymore on non-full-throttle. Also (most noticable in GT6), when I go off-throttle and brake, it sometimes still gives a little bit of input. It's not really influencing my laptimes I think, but it gives an annoying stuttering engine sound.

Anyone who's had this before and knows how to fix it?

I had a similar problem with DFP, and it was quite easily fixable.
Most likely it acts up because there is dust and hair and other stuff that with time goes in to the pedals "microswitches"
or what ever theyre called. They use some kind of grease as a lubricant in the pedals, and that collects dust.
You will have to open the pedal base casing and clean the small switches inside.

Thanks, will try that 👍
I run the vacuum cleaner over them from time to time, but never actually opened it up. So it's indeed possible that some dust accumulated there over the years.
