dfgt e-brake mod. diy tut...

k i've been looking around for a video on how to add a e-brake to a dfgt, and how to wire it.. haven't had any luck so i decided to venture into this mod head on.

i created a complete tut. on how to do it yourself, please read description before doing the mod.

NOTE; in the video i said contact r14.. this is wrong. it is contact r19..

Thats cause people use a ds3 as an ebrake.

I did the same thing to mine but I think I used thinner wire and I shaved some of the insulation from the trace near the bottom and soldered it to the PCB instead of soldering it near the button itself. Mg ebrake is a little button I can hit when I hold the shifter

thats a great idea maybe ill apply that idea to my shifter.
