When I started using the wheel i was able to adjust the TC and various other settings while on the track. Now I can adjust only a couple things and never the TC as its grayed out always.. I have tried every setting I can think of and nothing changes this.. Is there something I have doen to disable this feature or is my wheel messed up?

I can adjust brakes and differential settings but just not the TC.. The TC is whatever it is when I enter the track and cant be changed while driving. As I mentioned, i used to be able to..

We DS3 users cannot change the traction control during a race...why should you be able to?

Coz we've got a bright red dial that lets us do so ;p
You can't change your brake bias or torque diff settings on the fly like we can either, can you? (well, not without hooking up another pad and getting creative with button assignments anyway)

Stop hatin y'all

1.05 patch killed that functionality, i miss it too, but people were starting the race without TCS then enabling it once in race to gain more XP, lame i know

You can with the DS3 you just need to go to your controller setting and asign the RA funtions buttons to your controller then you will be, but you can only use all functions in arcade

hence why i'm not going online with gt till i've done the all the races lol
i tried starting the race with tcs off and on but never noticed a differance in xp

That's crap. I'm sorry, but that wheel was designed for GT and sold to people with that feature in mind, to take it away is uncool at best.

Don't forget that it happened to people who went to play online not offline. What can you do about it? Just wait and PD will fix it eventually. Waiting a month is not as bad as waiting 5 years for GT5 or 10+ for Duke Nukem Forever. Sheesh....

I play online and I still have this function, even when playing online I can still adjust. I guess it must not effect everyone.

I still have this functionality and play online all the time, it's either your wheel or for some odd reason doesn't affect everybody, my wheel and adjustments work fine and just played online today.

Remember hardware can fail it's possible your wheel indeed has failed registering the adjustment dial or along those lines.
