Dfgt questions

First off whats the main faults of this item as i have one but my gear stick shakes about and wont change up but changes down but if i lift the stick a bit the both buttons work its like the spring mechanism has stopped working ... Has this happened to anyone and also my force feedback doesnt seem to make a difference i use the wheel on realistic without power steering and i vary force feedback from 1 to 10 and its not any different and also on the "on the fly tuning" menu what is the bak F and bak R function do ? Thanks for any replies i get to these issues thanks

Those setting don't affect the DFGT, it is shaded out and highlights two older wheels when selecting it.

Look under the wheel under where the shifter is, and you will see a plastic nut on the bottom of the shifter stick. Try tightening that (you can do it with your hands).
