I've just bought a used DFP from eBay but found the steering wheel a bit too small for me.
Question is will the wheel size of DFGT be bigger than the one on DFP? If so, by how much bigger?
I can't find specs on logitech site for comparison.

Are the pedals the same? They both look the same but do they share the same connectors?

The dfp comes with a ten inch wheel and the dfgt has an eleven inch wheel if I remember correctly. It took me a little while to get used to the small wheel but then I got the g27 and the smoothness of the wheel makes up for the small wheel.

I also have a DFGT but iv been looking at the DFGT wheel adapter on Derekspearedesigns.com it says you can change the wheel. Can anyone post some pictures of the wheels that are compatible please I want a larger wheel.

His adapter works for 70 and 74mm PCD wheels. Any Sparco, MOMO, OMP, NRG, Nardi, or similar wheel will work. Grant wheels do not use a metric PCD. Most cheap wheels on eBay use a 70mm PCD like a Sparco.

If you swapped wheels for a real one then how do you deal with having NO buttons?

If you want the DFGT functionality for GT5, you'd need to remove the circuitry from the DFGT's wheel and build it into a control box of some sort. The wiring runs through the steering shaft of the wheel. Or you can assign controller 1 to a DS3.
