I used to drop the ' on dont but now I put them. I can't but help using the proper grammar even while IMing people - and that's not a bad thing. I've also made new friends online, got into arguments and learned that I should have my facts ready. I compared my old posts and man, I sounded like one of those people who would only last a few days here before being banned.

GTP hasn't really changed me much. I've always used proper grammar and spelling online, and I've always taken the time to quickly proofread and fact-check any posts I make. I'm also usually willing to help noobs, as long as they don't seem too far gone to be saved.

I remember thinking you were going to be banned. Your posts are a lot better now, though. 👍

Well since I joined GTP my english improved a lot, and l've probably learned about english grammar more at GTP than in school.

Edit : Otherwise, no GTP didn't change me at all, I think, apart from sitting half of my free time in front of GTP, that was 2 years ago.

What GTP should've taught you is that you should collect facts and opinions from both arguments, regardless of the topic, and examine them until you are comfortable enough to base an educated stand on the subject.

But hopefully GTP has taught you that after collecting the facts and opinions from both arguments and examining them, you probably won't end up an over-the-top liberal or conservative.

GTP has definitely made me question and develop my political views, and has also really given me a look at people's perspectives in other countries. 👍

Me too. Im also being generally more polite to people, and it is a good resource for advice, news, homework, information, fun, and especially Gran Turismo tips found nowhere else on the internet.

The only downside is, Im so addicted that it takes me 2x as long to do my homework!

My English got better here on GTP... and I learned a lot about North American / Republican opinions :D

It changed me in quite a few ways:

My grammar has improved, which surprised me because at the time I didn't think it could get better, my social skills have as I do have a little trouble as I'm taught at home, and made me a better person overall. I certainly wouldn't be as happy as I am now if I wern't on here at all.

I changed GTP more than it changed me. Ask anyone.

Hi.
It's true, he did.

Off topic:
Where were you? I thought you went to an early grave.... again

No, just, uh, not here.

No real big reason or anything. Just not, uh, here. I didn't travel the world or cure cancer or fight in any revolutions. But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Wait, that doesn't work.

Wow! There was a Cano sighting not long ago, and now this! Come back to GTP, Klos. We need you. Or at the very least, visit Giles's house once in a while!

Yeah, I went to do that when I talked to Sage like two months ago and I couldn't remember my password or my email address or my username. But I'll sign back the hell up.

Holy hell, Klos is back!

I don't think GTP has really changed me much more than anything else in my life, although it's expanded a few horizons. And introduced me to some interesting people.

Cano isn't so un-common on the internet, I guess he just gave up on GTP.

For a while I was active on three forums including GTP, and he was on all three of them. But he dropped GTP and I dropped the other two... Oh well.

GTP changed me in the strange way that I can now write more formal letters to people, and this has helped with my school work aswell :)

This is the first forum I was ever invloved in. I knew nothing of forum etiquette and or proper posting. I just whored it up like crazy for awhile. I appreciate what GTP has done for me. I also appreciate that it helps me get through the work day.

I lurned how tu tiep.

That seems to be the majority vote in here.

It does... GTP made me see what I was like when I first got here (before my DJ-CiviC ban). It made me see alot of things that were going wrong in my life. I finally realized that I've lost an important part of my life. In fact, it made me want to go back to school so I could finish high-school and learn a job. It made me more mature and more understanding. I saw people acting like I was acting and it made me see that it wasn't cool. GTP in fact changed me... :)

I enjoy my time being on GTP despite the fact that alot of people are mean to me (or just rude without notice... I won't give names), but the world is made this way. I'm not always on here because I lose interest sometimes but I always end up coming back.... ;)

GTP rules are like, my standard rules now. If a forum doesn't have rules similar to GTP's, then I usually won't join.

Jordan has definitely made one hell of a forum.

GTP is THE best forum I've ever been on.👍 I've been a lurker here since December 2004 and joined last year. And I've been loving it since! I just like to hear peoples intellegent opinions in the many different threads and sometimes throw in my own two cents. It's just a friendly place to come and unwind and talk about Gran Turismo, the auto industry, what you ate for dinner,:D your model car collection. Whatever! I sincerly hope this place never dies or becomes like the Gamefaqs forum. :yuck: GT Planet forever!

Kind of.
I like it a lot because I can kick back and joke around with some cool people at the end of the day. Kind of.

GTP to your death, Jordan!

You have made the best forum I have ever been on, and I hope it lasts as a living legacy of you, even when the internet is obsolete. Unless you convert it to 'the next big thing', when it comes out, Ill always keep internet access just for this ;)
