Alright, posting after Rue is always humbling, but I think I had a pretty good day. And lots of pretty sounds!
street rod (is that what you call these things?)

IQ, first I've seen on the streets

Silver Spur?

3.2 Targa

new Cayman

930 turbo

also a turbo? just says Carrera...

cute 356 Speedster with a nice couple

SL63

Quattroporte Sport GT S. This was one of the things with a really nice sound tonight. I saw him go by the other direction, turned around, caught up (somehow) and once I was within about 100 ft I heard this sound when he was accelerating away from corners, etc., and as soon as I heard it, my hand instinctively went to the radio to shut it up, so I could hear better. Wow! This thing has an outstanding exhaust!

liked this guy and his pickup, even if it does look like a messy job to me. 1941 Ford? Not sure...

saw this peeking out, wondered if it was possibly anything special... like a Mach or Cobra or something... or just a paint job.

Boss 302

360 Modena

and I got even luckier by spotting a 2nd modena, a silver one... but unlucky with the shot. the two bright spots on the bottom right? those are the rounded bits on the back perfectly reflecting the sun, plus some rotten camera effects.

Another rotten shot but this is a ZL1

about here got the 2nd great sound of the day. was scanning ahead at a 4 way 4 lane intersection, stopped about 3 cars back on the inside, and must have blocked it out, but missed seeing a Corvette turning in front of me, and just as it got along side of my open window it gave it the gas, and wow! made a sound straight out of Star Wars, weird but thrilling. And quite a surprise since the sound was the first I'd noticed of the Corvette. Must've been Z06 or RZ1.
Camaro Hurst equipped?

another crappy shot... but better than missing entirely I guess. Did miss an X5 M just before this. M6 convertible, very electric blue color I hadn't seen before, made be wonder F13?

There's an F10

CGT

DB9

1963 AMC Rambler 550?

here's one R for the 3 I spotted... odd.

help please? got lazy at this point in the editing and didn't feel like doing the research...

one last story, and third sound of the night. was dark, going home, but still in a nice area, stopped at a light a couple cars back on the inside, see the 1st car on the inside stopped on the other side of the light looks rather squat. Can't really make it out. Should I take a pic just in case? Nah, would be a horrible photo and really probably isn't anything. Except it was. As soon as the light turned green I could tell. GT-R R35. But maybe special. Red with lots of black trim. Haven't seen that color combo on a stock GT-R before. And, yes, it sounded special as it raced past my window. Turned around, but never found him.
