it was raining, but I had to redeem myself after missing this when I went to take pics of the LaFerrari...

and anyway, when was the last time you saw a Pagani in the rain? :D

*snip*

Seriously, how do you, and Rupert for that matter, not constantly poop yourself/giggle like school girls while strolling along everyday?

Mother of god, that C7!!!

It is one of those cars that looks better in person. My opinion it looks better in black. It still doesn't look as good as that SRT Viper we spotted last week

Hnnnng! That C7!!
Kinda baffled how it's owned and not on manufacturer plates... It's not on sale yet.
Unless someone really high up in GM got one early. In which case, I'm really jealous.

Same thing that surprised me. Like i said, that SRT Viper a week or two back, had manufacturer plates on it. The C7 Corvette however, didn't have them. So it is owned.

I honestly believe that it wasn't someone who worked for GM considering that building is a 15-20 minute walk from where it was parked. It was parked by the Quicken Loans building (closer to Campus Marshall). If you know where I am talking about, then you might know why I am saying it is probably a lawyer that might own it.

Renntech SL55 that had one of the worst hoodscoops I've ever seen. Legitimately looked like it was just taped on top. Be grateful this picture's from behind.

Over the past month or so I've been in Denver a lot looking for a place to live, so I've actually seen some decent cars:

Another unknown. I got lucky in being able to get this shot, a cop was following it but finally pulled off the highway so I could get out my phone.

Yes, I saw the car in the background. This was in the parking lot at Concours and I guess those people couldn't afford to get in so they set up chairs by their car right there.

Dayum!!!!

That Cougar is niiiice. It doens't look stock, but then I wouldn't really know. I like it, though.
It's stock. Just got wheels on it. Unless there was work done underneath.

The wheels are stock, they are Magnum 500s and were offered as dealer-installed options on pretty much ever muscle car back in the day.

El Camino, S5 and a '29 Ford Coupe.

Holy hell.

Oh boy. The blue car is a mildly customized 1949 Mercury and I want to kick you because you didn't deliver pics of it, it looks awesome.

Your "don't know" is a rare 1950 Olds, and the "Uh..." is another Olds, this time a 1953. Both lightly customized. Dayum.

The "uneducated" car is a 1963 Mercury Comet. Another thing it is is awesome.

Yeah, Javelin, 1970. And awesome too. Minilites on slicks ftW.

The last unknown car is a way rare 1963 Imperial.

As for the dudes outside the concours, they shouldn't be alllowed to be inside, as their car is a pretty bad kit car replica of... something.

Also, the '70 Chevelle and custom Beetle are pretty awesome. Great GREAT post. Keep snapping pictures of the old cars you find in your new area, it seems absolutely littered by them. Much envy.

So awesome pics there guys

All I've got recently is...

What`s so crazy about a German paint combo? Although it`s on a Japanese car...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mercedes Benz SLS AMG - always nice spot, always nice to hear dat sound...

Audi Abt AS 7 - rear aero part...

Opel Speedster - nothing too special but it`s better looking in real life than in GT5 e.g.

VW Polo - customized to a "Rennsemmel" as we call it in Germany...

Ford Fusion SEL V6 - rare spot in Germany, so it`s special to me. Posted front end picture in "Plain ugly car" thread.

Any idea what this is? Looked like an Alfa Spider from afar but then the rear threw me off. The front looks similar, but the profile looks a little shorter. Is it some sort of Fiat perhaps?

Rage Racer your 3000GT looks odd to me (other than the paint job lolz), almost looks more like a Camaro, I'm probably wrong though. Seems to be missing the sundry vents, strakes and spoilers you usually see all over those Mitsubishis.

So many awesome spots here that quoting would took ages!

It's a damn shame how little I can post here, living in Poland's capital is not that awesome when we're on about spotting :_C I'll post a few pics today, but I'm not sure if they should go here.

What about cars sitting in parking lots during events? Do these still belong in this thread or should they go to 'Event & Showroom' DYSAGT?

Fuzzy line, up to you. If you have event spots already, I'd say put the parking lot spots with them. But if you're not posting to the event/showroom thread, and don't know where else to put the parking lot spots, put them here.

Edit: here's a few pics from this morning, drove to my mechanic's, walked back (air flow sensor, no big problem)

this was low! DeLorean badged

wheels?
