Judging by the relative cleanliness of the rear body panels, absent rear bumper and state of the hood (and the car being in front of O'Reilly), I'm gonna guess this is a project car.

Quite a bit of spotting for Doog there! And I'm betting that Beemer is not a project car, but is intended to look exactly as is. The hood was almost certainly in the same condition as the rest of the car when the owner started working on it.
 
Me and my family were trolled by a pack of super cars. We were travelling along the A1 at 60mph due to trailer then all of a sudden a Audi R8 V10 spider and a v8 vantage came up the side and matched our speed. The bloke in the R8 shouted over to my dad wanna race? The dad replied yes and then counted down. We were in a minivan with a trailer on the back, I was severely confused Then on 1 the r8 and vantage slowed down. My dad didn't even touch the throttle it was hilarious my little siblings were astounded. Moments like these restore your faith in humanity.

I wish I'd have gotten pictures but I was sat in the back of the pimp wagon. Tinted windows covered in old children sticker residue. I was packed up in stuff as well it was coming back from camping.

I'm gonna post this here even though I found this at a dealer. As I was driving by the Lexus dealer, I caught this out of the corner of my eye and figured if I don't turn around and check it out, I'll never be able to capture it again. It's owned by the owner of the dealer, at least I can virtually guarantee it.
