Awesome Camaro, Blackbird! I saw one of my own today (not a Yenko, of course, but I did once see a nice Yenko Nova at a show):

Other cars I couldn't get pics of:
- '07 Shelby GT500 (white with dark blue stripes; perfect color combo)
- C6 Vette; Z5Z or something like that. Yellow, with the main hood bulge painted black)
- two classic GTOs of different generations
- C2 Corvette convertible (it had a very nice paint job)
- Lotus Elise (no, not the maroon one again; it was blue)

Yeah, I saw something good today. I saw a the owner of a Volvo 740 with a huuuge wing (picnic table) doing donuts and burnouts, then proceeding to smash the wing into a trailer. That was the good part by the way.

Last 2 days back in ATL:

Look at how many of those are properly parked...

I wouldn't be suprised if it is original but I doubt it. Doug, Colorado plates!

I have YX-856 from the same year on the wall in my room. YX was Telluride... I guess they ordered too many that year because my YX-856 was still in the wrapper when I got it!

Err, am i missing something? I thought the Audi S2 was the S version of the audi 80 coupe? And even if it wasn't it was introduced in 1991, therefore making it before the S4 based off the 100....
:dopey:

The S4 was NOT the first S car... don't let my post fool you. It was simply the first sold in the USA. We did not get the S2 which Wikipedia claims exists but I'd never heard of until this very minute or the RS2 which was also 80-based. We only got the boring models until 93... some would say we only got the boring models until 00 :D

(and some would say we only got the boring models until the RS4!)

So what does this mean in terms of the originality of the car?

I love the Speedster, I remember the first time I saw one on the road a few years ago. Excellent spot!

Day started out like this...

These cars belong to boxer Floyd Mayweather; he was present with them.

So cool!

Doug, with you being back in Atlanta a car spotting adventure must be close. Maybe this time things will actually work out.

Saw the GranSport 90th Anniversary again and had to get a better shot

I think I also saw a 996 Turbo today. The back end looked different than a Carrera anyway. Also, I forgot to mention this yesterday, but I saw a very nice lowrider, and the guy lowered it as he was driving. The bottom of the car bounced off the street a few times, making sparks

Ahh i see, that explains a little. Im sure a couple of people posted almost identical S2's a while back in here, blue they were. Daan maybe?

porsche 930. i didn't even know such a model ever existed

Nice spot, not sure if its a genuine slant-nose or not, those things are quite uncommon, there are a fair numer of kitted 'slant' 930's though.

Spotted a Bentley Continental passing me like I was standing still on the freeway today, but unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me. You've all seen them already anyways :P

From the past few days...

The first Smart ForTwo I've seen on the roads out here. Even my "small" Celica was HUGE next to it!

That's the first Jetta TDI I've seen in quite some time. I couldn't tell if it was the new BlueTec or not...

Almost exactly what my Dad's Camaro looked like before it went in the barn. Minus the white stripe. And the appearance package. Still... It continues to be my favorite Chevrolet.
