Audi R8s, Ferrari Californias, endless Porsches, that lambo, rolls Royce phantom....the list goes on. One of the best places to go car spotting, there's obviously some damn rich people living there, but then it is Bath so I didn't expect anything less.

Mind you, this was randomly all in a single little parking lot on base. Had no idea when I saw the NSX out of the corner of my eye.

Rue ive been looking at your Flickr, and your pictures are better than real life, amazing. You seem to have a select few spots that always give you good shots and car sightings.

There are a few spots that I use more often than others. I've tried to veer away from the bridge shots and do something a bit more creative. The MR-S I took just because I thought the light on the surface of the road looked so cool. I used to get annoyed missing cars, but now I don't really care at all, I just want to get good photos. I like the head on views especially in the rain and I got a bunch yesterday afternoon. This Aston was taken after the rain had stopped, but it is super-sharp if you look at the hi-res version

I see both of the NSXs on my way to work nearly every morning. A friend of mine works on base and has told me there are quite a few NSXs there. If those two are not the ones I see often, then there are probably another two floating around on Tinker.

I really like the black one. Nearly every time I see it, I have the quick thought of, "that is a great looking car and I would not mind having one". :lol:

And the rain pictures are pretty awesome Rue! 👍
 
I never used to see anything on base back during the years I was stationed there. That same little parking lot had a C6 Z06 and an E39 M5. There must have been a real bug going around.
