It's a personalised plate and I'm pretty sure white on black is only legal for pre1973 only.

It was driving away from me while i was on my push bike. I only saw this thread after. Dont you think i would of put a picture up if i took one. Next time i see it i will take a picture,
Also saw a Phantom drophead on the way home. Again no photo.
