Time was, before the Like button, this thread generated a lot of actual conversation, and getting help identifying stuff was always something I appreciated.

Though, tedious as it can be, looking stuff up on my own is how I learn the most. But that was a little too harsh.

How was that harsh? I was simply suggesting that he should for once try looking up a car himself. He knows the make and model and he's asking if it's a late 50s model. A simple google search would give him his answer and he wouldn't need to ask.

Sorry, internet... I first read your suggestion and it seemed to have a harsh tone, but reading it again, it could be read with a helpful tone, too. I guess that's why we have emoticons...:)

Yeah, wikipedia isn't always the best place to go to. So eh, what can you do? *shrug* :D
Though, there probably is a website out there someone that knows how many were made if you're really interested.
 
Well, my tablet just died, so it is with a heavy heart that I have to retire from my car spotting endeavors.

I had a nice run. Saw some of my favorite cars, some absolutely impossibly rare ones, and quite a few really, really nice cars.

However, I will be borrowing a friends camera when I go to car shows, so expect pictures to show up in the appropriate thread, and the occasional car show parking lot spot here.

I had a couple more pictures on the tablet I was going to upload, including 2 C7s and a C63 AMG going down the highway, but unfortunately they can't be accessed.
