no they are built by PSI Motorsport,the one i seen is the same one in that picture so i guess there isnt many of them.

I strongly disagree. The 612 looks so much better in the metal - and I have seen loads. Such a commanding roadpresence yet retaining such subtlety. That bonnet just goes on forever. I really like this car now, and a comparative bargain (though the 456GT still retains this status more so)

I've seen tons of 612s and absolutely hate the design, but that remark was actually meant for the Maserati GranTurismo which I dislike even more. I saw one driving towards me today and it looks so mis-proportioned and awkward I laughed a little. Its wheels do it no favors either - in action they just look comical.

Great spot on the Countach 25th - incredible vehicle. Looks like it may have been this car, the only 25th Anniversary model on the registry located in Hong Kong.

Nowhere special, it's just the main road on the way into the town near my house. It's the only road into the town. Lots of wealthy people live in this area though. This other Countach is a few minutes walk from my house.

Thanks for the info on the Countach Doug. Pretty cool if that is indeed the only 25th in HK. You don't like the Gran Turismo? I love it other than the horrible back lights.
 
The Gran Turismo is, apart from the slightly-misproportioned rear lights, one of the most beautiful designs I have seen. This, and the C8 Competitione.

It's probably not the only one in Hong Kong, just the only one on the registry - nearly 700 25th Anniversary models were made, so they're among the most common Countachs, so it'd be hard to believe there's just one in Hong Kong. As for the GranTurismo... ugh. Extremely mis-proportioned and comical cartoon wheels.

Yes, I was suprised to find out that there were so many 25A's made. Definately my least favourite of all the Countach's too, but still a pleasure to see, follow and hear! It's the third Countach I've seen in HK and the umpteenth Lamborghini, which include a handful of older models (Did you ever see the photo of the Jalpa that I posted a couple of weeks ago?) so I'm sure there must be plenty more about. They probably don't get too many opportunities to flex their muscles these days though. I'll have to have a sniff around.

Yup, it's authentic too. There are quite a few to be found in HK and I've posted a few before. Someone on the forum dug up a Honda magazine ad for them.
 
Caught a glimpse of a new 6 series BMW on my way to work, seemed different to the usual. Mainly because of the colour. This time i brought my camera to work and so managed to get a shot when i came to the lights.

AC Schnitzer 650i on the back, looks to be the real deal.
 
Do ACS make a hot version of the standard 6-Series? I think they only do an M6 as fully ACS modified car. It's probably a 6-Series that has a lot of ACS bits and bobs. Whatever, it's an interesting spot. Those wheels are huge!

No - I just checked it - holy crap! Those cars are worthless but soooooo rare - on my 'I would love to see' list but I don't find it realistic. Good spot.

The more eagle eyed of you may notice the spoiler of a JDM spec current gen Civic Type-R on the right. I've also seen a DC5 Type-R, EK9 Type-R and an EG6 Type-R in his parking spaces.. oh and an NS-X. The family must have some sort of Honda fetish.

Sorry, I missed this. A small number of four-door Integra Type-Rs were manufactured; the number I heard some time ago was 1,500. All were sold in Japan - none outside the country. Unsurprisingly a few have made it to Hong Kong, though it's nearly impossible to tell if one is legitimate or not (the one Rue photographed looks the part).

As four a four-door Integra, they're pretty common.
 
We are getting quite a few 4 door Integra Type Rs in New Zealand now as used Japanese imports. They generally sell for a fair bit less than the equivalent 2 door. Which is kind of ironic I guess as they are much rarer.

A 1998 onwards ITR has a hefty price premium over a 97-97 because in 98 it was updated. Bit more power, bigger brakes, that kind of thing. That is why there is the difference there. A 97 2 door and a 97 4 door would be much closer in price.

been doing a bit of research, looks to be just a 650i with an ACS kit, you're right rue they only do the M6 as a complete package. oh and i think those wheels are 19" or 21" according to the internet...

It's probably more than just a bodykit though - I see AC Schnitzer stuff all the time here - they do do a lot of tuning apart from making 'full vehicles.'
 
Regarding the 2dr vs 4dr Integra's, it would seem to me that the 2drs are more expensive mainly due to more people wanting a 2dr vs 4dr Type-R.
 
No picture except for an e-mail address of the owner, but I did spy the perfect Viper. '96 GTS, in that oh, so-stunning Viper Blue w/ White Stripes, sporting what look liked those BBS-style rims used on drag Vipers.

The e-mail address is the only thing I have as I chatted with him a bit (stock car bar wheels, and doesn't want to change a thing). Took him 8 years to gather to cash to buy it, 1 of the first 300 built supposedly (IVR says 1,166 were built in '96 so seems plausible) and says he'll be out at the Concorso in April to run her. Hopefully, you fellows can wait til' then for a photo.

Snap. Loads of Beemers here have ACS wheels or that trademark stripe or an ACS badge on the front grill.
