You talking about those bars on the bottom of the suspension?

Is that why you think it has been changed out? If yes, those are just traction bars

They don't come with the vehicle. And the rear tires look a little wide for stock. Stock rims I think we skinnier.

It might be they just added that stuff and it may very well be original.
