I saw a new Dodge magnum today.

Lowered maybe an inch, inch and a half, black paint with some really nice black 20-21" wheels with a 1/4-1/2" chrome lip.

These Magnum's are cool stock, this one was really nice. Really wish I could've snapped a pic of it.

A Ford Everest, what ever in the hell that is.

Ahhh, the power of a little pseudo-warm weather. On Wednesday afternoon, as I was going about my daily business, I was fortunate enough to see first a Ferrari 360 Modena, followed by an absolutely gorgeous Ferrari Testarossa. Seeing a Ferrari in the city where I live is a rarity, so two in one day is unheard of.

Ughh, with the horrible metallic maroon color that Chevy tried to pawn off as some sort of cool commemorative color? It's barf-tastic and ruins an otherwise ace-looking car. I mean seriously, for the 50th anniversary of Corvette, could they not have picked a better, more characteristic color? Who the hell buys a Corvette in maroon anyway? The only people who actually CHOOSE maroon as the color of their new car are people who buy Chevy Malibus, Buicks, and Cadillacs.

Went to a track day at Croft yesterday and saw......

Loads of Elises and Caterhams but also a Noble

A 360 Challenge car

This 911 was at the Vmax meeting that will be on Fifth Gear tomorrow but was broken by the time we got there

A 993 RS.

Chevrolet Corvette C6 Coupe x2
Chevrolet Corvette C1 (Black and white paintjob, absolutely breathtaking)

I followed some guy in a covertable M3 all the way to work. The moron had his top down doing 80 down the freeway and it's only 50 degrees outisde.

Why does that make him a moron? I'd say it's better than the posuers who buy verts and keep the top up when it's 68 and sunny because they don't want their hair to get messed up.

M

It's cold out and at 80 you really feel it. This is Michigan so people will drive around with the top down and the heat on, which I will never get.

I often drove my wife's Miata when it was under 50 degrees at highways speeds. The top being down didn't bother me at all. In fact it was quite invigorating, like swimming in cool water.

I say good for that driver that he was out enjoying his car.

M

Yeah, as a convertible owner myself, I have to say the guy is earning respect, not scorn, for using the car to its fullest.

A moron would be somebody who accepts the extra cost, weight penalty, loss of stiffness, and reduced back seat/trunk space and then never puts the top down, just so they can say "I drive an M3 convertible".

BMW X5 Sports - Do you live near a sports car garage or something??

Didnt see your question there - hence late reply.

I don't live near a sport dealer ship but anytime i go into London like ST John's Wood, Swiss Cottage (Hotspot) or North of London ( Stanmore , Totteridge, Barnet) , i tend to see very unbelivebale cars - mainly because of the rich people that live there  . I even forget half the list by the time i get home!!! Today i saw a blokes house with the new Mustang 2005, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, BMW X5 , BMW 7.60 Li and a BMW M3, i was totally shocked lol.

Once again, Señor Duke takes the words right out of my mouth.

Hey ///M-Spec have you seen that Lotus Elise again that you were talking about? My parents dragged me along with them to go over to Tally a few days ago to look for a house and I saw a Maserati at Prestige Motors! Really nice!

Hi all, this is my first post on the forums (though I've been lurking for a while now and used to sporadically post back in the gtforums) and I figured I'd start by sharing what I saw yesterday:

I happen to live near Toronto and there are all kinds of sports cars and exotics around here so it is pretty common to see exotics and sports cars but yesterday -- being one of the first really warm days of the year here in the frigid north -- led to all manner of nice cars coming out to play; even *I* was shocked at all the nice cars I saw.

Red 360 Modena
Black 360 Challenge Stradale
Numerous 996 911's (C2s, C4s, a turbo)
Porsche CarreraGT
Orange Lamborghini Murcielago
Couple of M3's
Yellow Ferrari 575M
Black Mercedes E55 AMG
Black Mercedes-McLaren SLR

Yeah. It was a pretty freaking crazy day for car spotting. The SLR was crazy, it looked awesome in the metal...err...carbon (heh), especially in evil-black.

Nope. I've seen that red one only once.

I DO see the SL65 AMG on the average of once a week now. Looks like the guy commutes about the same times I do. His car is always dirty, however. :grumpy:

I saw an F430 on the road a couple of weeks ago. I'm even pretty sure I know whose it was.

The Carrera GT is now continuously under tarp at the Porsche dealer.

Prestige keeps a nice inventory of sports cars. He had a Gallardo several months ago, a 360 Spider and numerous sub-exotics like a 996 C4S, M5 and the Maser you saw.

I saw a yellow 360 Modena outside a biker bar yesterday. Actually, it's not entirely a biker bar, but a lot of bikers hang there.

I also saw a silver Carrera GT at the local Porsche/Audi/Infiniti dealer when I was checking out a used car. It was in the showroom awaiting owner pickup. It was gorgeous, but oddly colored with a sort of bright orange/tan interior in the silver car.
