I only played the tutorial William Wallace mission so far, but I did it with my keyboard and mouse connected to it. I haven't tried playing it on a pad yet, but everyone says it controls super smoothly so I'm excited to try it out.

Loved this and AOE1 back in the day on pc. Will give this a go on xbox and controller...

Yeah game is awesome and plays as you would expect on a consile with a gamepad.

Its certainly enjoyable just dont expect it to be the same as a keyboard

I've never played it on a PC so can't compare, but it plays beautifully on the Xbox Series X. Theres a ton of content.
