It's old problem for me and may be for some or many members of community...
I know the simpliest solution of it but it's booooooring...
Why I didn't solve the problem yet? Because I hoped that in 2.0 it will be patched and solved automatically.

For some cars (about 100 at this moment, and counts on - I decided to check manually every of my 1100 cars) a number of perfomance points listing in "my garage" carlist is not equal for number of perfomance points listing in tuning menu for that cars.
For example, for car AAAA in carlist i see "600 PP". Then I press triangle, choose "tuning" (i don't know how it writtens in english version of game, i use russian localized version) and I see "575 PP". Then I made exit to carlist, and in carlist "600 PP" changed to "575 PP" right now.
PPs in tuning menu for individual car may be as lower than in carlist as higher
For such problem cars I can see right values of PP not only in "Tuning" menu but in "Showroom" too (where car spins slowly, smoke, description etc). But if I made exit from "Showroom" to carlist, PP value doesn't change.

So, I discovered the problem approximately in early summer or even in spring. May be it's here after releasing first game patches (when PP system appeared at first and then corrected in game)
I think that this problem appeared when type of tyres had an influence for PP value, and then with next patch this influence was "terminated" by PD

Right now I'm manually made enter and exit to tuning menu of each my car....hoping that this problem will not appear again.

there was a patch a while ago where PD changed the formulas for the PP ratings. Any cars you had before that patch and haven't accessed the "tuning" section for the car will still display the old PP value. However once you access the tuning section, it will update it to the correct value.

Best way to fix it is organize your list by acquired date and just start from the bottom and keep updating them until you catch up with cars displaying the correct value. It's what i did.

Thx, so I didn't wrong about this problem and its reasons.
What the "critical" date, what a date of that "right" patch? February...March? Who knows?
