Doesn't it just piss you off when people suddenly walk in front of you right when you have the perfect shot?

Happens to me every time I go to an Auto Show. Annoying! :ouch:

When I see cars like that, I park and walk up to it and take pictures. Thats what I did when I saw a Porsche 550 Spyder.

I just go round the block. :D Though today I had a perfect shot of an Arnage lined up and the valet guy gave me a dirty look and I had to drive away. And a few days ago in Michigan I took a picture of someone with Iowa plates from a really, really rural area and they saw me and looked at me. That's my only experience with people and my pictures.

I'm also attempting to take a picture of every BMW since the E28 5-series. I'm missing seven: E34 M5, E28 M5, E30 3-series coupe, E30 3-series convertible, M Coupe, M6, and 8-series.
 
Wow, a 2 door Volvo, wierd.

For the record, I got a shot of a decent 780 a while back:

They aren't all trash - though I've seen more than one in poor condition. That sucks too because they're great-looking. Being styled by Bertone helps, even if all it was was a 760 with two doors.

A Paseo Convertible? never heard of it. There's a Paseo Bridge in Downtown Kansas City, which, is the Major artery into - and out of the city, which, is closed for repairs/improvements. So, Traffic Downtown has become kinda like a red blood cell travelling through Dick Cheney's Blood stream. ( that was kinda mean:dopey::guilty: ) Thank God there's a way around it.

When was the X-90 made? I think I've only seen two in my life. (including that picture)

Yeah. Also the first 5-series ever made with all-wheel drive. It's a decent production - I managed to catch it a few weeks ago before it was technically 'out'. Looks pretty good in 535 guise though with larger wheels it'd look even better.

Toyota only sold it in 1997 (the Paseo's last year) and only to Californians. Technically anyone could buy them, but the vehicles came without full assembly - the bars that gave support to the convertible top were intentionally left out when they were sent to the US. The cars all arrived from Japan in southern California and those who wanted one were supposed to then contract with Toyota's parts supplier in southern California who would fit the bars for the top. It's absurd but true. Originally I heard they only made 1500 but I think it's actually more than 5000 so I wouldn't be too surprised if some of them were fully assembled. Regardless, they were only sold in three colors: white, black, and red. Red makes it one of the best-looking economy cars ever. :)

They managed to unload them from 1996 to 1998. I've seen enough that I don't count anymore. They were such a poor idea that Suzuki's 1996 price was actually the highest price the vehicle ever sold for; they lowered the price significantly for 1997 and only marginally raised it for 1998. Regardless, the vehicles are trash - 0-60 hovered around fourteen, they had two seats and marginal luggage space, despite the anemic engine, fuel economy wasn't that good, they had horrible wind nose, they had a terrible ride with horrible body lean, and cornering was scary because the vehicle was 60.5" tall (five inches shorter than the 1995-2005 Chevrolet Blazer) yet only 146.1" long (four inches longer than the Mini, which is the shortest car on sale now). The whole concept was awful.

Ferrari 308 - Fred (PunkRock) says it's a replica based on a Pontiac Fiero or Toyota MR2

The Mazda Millenia S. I believe it's the S, it's the one with the miller cycle engine anyway. The miller cycle requires forced induction.

Toyota continued to develop the supercharged 4A-GZE that appeared in the supercharged MR2, eventually they made around 170hp. I believe they were put into Corollas, although they never made it to the states.

There was also a supercharged 1G offered in Toyota Cressidas and Mark IIs, but I couldn't tell you where (besides 'not here').

Nah nah - it's the tenth (and last) AMG. I've moved on to my new goal though - every single BMW. Speaking of that, I have to make a thread.
