DIRECTX ERROR

Hello

i know this message has nothing to with this thread but i really want to play this game so i'm wondering if anyone of you would waste your time to help me.

here's the problem, everytime i start this game and press the play story button, when it loads, my game crashes when halfloaded and i get an error from directx telling me i have to upgrade my drivers or my videocard has been removed,
none of this is true, my drivers are up to date and still working perfect with every other game,

does anyone of you have a solution for this error i would really appreciate it alot.
I'm using windows 7 64-bit and have directx 11 installed.
 
Have you made sure that the game isn't attempting to use an on board graphics card of some sort? That would throw up a DX11 error.
 
I do not think that is possible because with every other game it works perfect on maxed out settings, and the thing is i can start the game and i can change my resolution to 1600x900 so that means it is startting up with that videocard.
